TEKsystems Partner Development Representative - Inside Sales in Denver, Colorado
TEKsystems has a new opening for an inside sales/partner development representative for an international cloud-based accounting software company. Please apply if you have prior sales or lead generation/outbound calling experience and are looking for your next role in a sales capacity!
Description
-Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads ad build a pipeline of potential clients
-Use various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, etc,. to reach out to prospects
-Identify and quality leads by understanding the customers business needs, challenges, and potential fit for solutions
-Schedule/coordinate meetings or demos between leads and sales team
-The main goal of this role is to identify, qualify, and create leads for their accounting software solutions, and then will be working directly with the sales team to close the deal
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must have:
-1+ years experience in a Sales role WITH outbound cold calling experience, held to a sales metric and quota (i.e. SDR/BDR/BDE)
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education required
-Ready to work exclusively outbound/lead generate
-Experience generating leads and building prospect lists
-Desire to grow a career in sales
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-The ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced & changing environment
-COULD also have 1+ years of true full cycle recruiting experience (outbound calls to candidates)
Nice to have:
-Prior experience in a SaaS company preferred
-Experience working with small businesses

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.23
