Reporting to the Sr Manager, Brand Marketing West Division, the Associate Brand Marketing Manager is accountable for executing the division s brand strategy and national campaign adaption. You will develop locally relevant campaigns and lead experiential programs based on insights that will break through to consumers and help us win their hearts and minds. You will also contribute to our long-term strategies and ensure our internal & external franchise bottling counterparts are well-informed of our Marketing programs in order to execute against our strategic goals. In this role you will collaborate heavily across our Marketing, Sales, and Go To Market teams to drive the agenda for some of the most recognizable brands in the world. Successfully managing multiple external partners including agencies and sport teams will be a key to success in this role. Responsibilities * Deliver volume & profit commitments for the West Division * Drive brand awareness & preference through localized campaign development and media buys * Support the development of the division s/ local brand strategy, with a focus on local brand planning & execution * Independently lead cross functional teams to ensure coordination of activities & timely execution of programming/ innovation * Wire and collaborate with the sector to ensure shared learnings and strategic alignment for growth maximization * Lead day-to-day management of local sports partnerships & athlete endorsement deals * Ensure GTM (Go To Market) team has necessary assets to execute national and local programs in market * Monitor performance on a period basis to proactively identify course corrections and/or new opportunities * Leverage Sector strategies/programs to drive efficiencies and effectively localize programming & activations * Effectively manage A&M budget & demonstrate strong agency leadership

Compensation & benefits * The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650 * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary * Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement * Original Posting Date : 8/19/2024 * While subject to change based on business needs, PepsiCo reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 5 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 5 days after the original posting date as listed above.

Qualifications * Undergraduate/graduate business or marketing degree * 5 years Marketing experience (previous CPG or Brand Marketing experience preferred) * Solid understanding and demonstrated expertise in the Marketing function * Track record of delivering results & ability to manage a portfolio of brands / make strategic choices to maximize impact * Project management, prioritization skills & ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of development * Solid strategic and execution skills with a track record of delivering strong growth results * Self-starter with ability to work independently high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit * Exceptional project & time management skills * Strong execution, communication & strategic thinking skills * Strong and effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation * Demonstrated ability to develop & cultivate relationships; build consensus & influence business partners * Ability to anticipate issues and resolve them based on sound business judgment * String change management skills, being able to adapt quickly while ensuring programs achieve the West Division s overall goals * Experience managing major sports sponsorship & athlete deals a significant plus * Bilingual in English and Spanish an asset * This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
