A day in the life
As a Property Administrator (Real Estate and Customer Experience Coordinator), you would be part of a Customer Experience Team (CET) that strives to provide best in class service to customers in 10 Million square feet of industrial buildings in the Denver Market. Our customer base is diverse and we're looking for someone who enjoys working with some of the biggest names in e-commerce logistics and warehouse operations as well as smaller shop operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, where they'll balance multiple priorities and respond to internal and external customer needs.
Key activities for the role are: Draft and edit all relevant project information, process for party signatures and enter all contracts, addendums, and change orders for make-readys, tenant improvements and major capital construction projects into PeopleSoft and the Project Tracker. Provide logistics support related to move-in, move-outs, showings, and vendor bidding process. Assist with the collections process and default proceedings and maintain customer payment information and provide actionable insights to the CET. Prepare annual payment schedules for tenant distribution. Enter and track work order tickets and process accounts payable in various programs. Assist with tenant relation activities (appreciation event, renewal gift, tenant surveys, etc.) Ensure costs are coded correctly and are in-line with the corresponding contract - including communicating with the contractor, subcontractor, vendors and/or consultants to understand appropriate costing and coordinating with the OCM and RECX teams.
Building blocks for success Requires a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 3+ years of experience in administrative role, customer service, real estate or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, team members, and external partners to complete various projects and assignments. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with a sense of urgency and follow-through Good mathematical and analytical skills. Proficient knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Positive, proactive work ethic and attention to detail. Show tact, discretion, confidentiality and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation.
Preferred: Construction project coordination is preferred. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to multiple properties. Knowledge of CRM systems as Yardi, salesforce Familiarity with real estate processes and documentation, such as purchase agreements, leases, and property management responsibilities.
Hiring Salary Range of: $52,000 - $72,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
