Insight Global REMOTE Tier III NOC Technician in Denver, Colorado

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Global Network Operations NOC III to provide advanced technical support and maintain network products and services. This role involves performing diagnostics, creating maintenance requests, and coordinating with the NCC and TAC to ensure network health. The candidate will work independently under minimal supervision and handle a variety of moderately difficult assignments requiring innovation and judgment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, vendor management, running network scripts, and providing technical guidance to staff. The position requires a minimum of five years in a service provider role, proficiency with SONET/DWDM configurations.

This person can work remote anywhere in the United States and there is a Day and Night Shift and flexibility is essential to support after-hours maintenance requests. This position is looking to pay 35-42/hr based on skills and experience as well as benefits are offered through Insight Global while on contract.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of experience as a NOC Technician

2 + years of customer service experience (preferably in the NOC)

Knowledge of Ciena, Infinera, Nokia, Cisco, Fujitsu SONET and DWDM equipment

Strong communication skills to communicate with technicians on fixes Salesforce, ServiceNow, SiteTracker null
