Description:

• Will sit at the slab will-call desk helping walk in customers, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to questions via email/fax for tile customers.

• Will also handle data entry for tile orders - using internal system and Excel

• Work closely with showroom, warehouse, and order desk personnel

• Serve a a direct contact for their customers by providing sales support person to person, over the phone and by other means

• Provide customers with the best possible buying experience, product delivery, and after-sales service

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of face to face customer service experience, can be retail or admin

• HS diploma or GED

• 1+ year of data entry experience (required)

• Computer skills: basic excel, entering into existing spreadsheets

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM right and occasionally 9 AM to 3 PM on Saturday (will only work 5 days, 40 hours/week)

Pay: $22 - $23 (weekly pay)
