TEKsystems Sales Development Representative in Denver, Colorado

We are currently hiring a Sales Development Representative for one of the top Tech companies in Denver!

Description:

  • Work with trialists to identify their needs and guide them through the onboarding process.

  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and answer any questions potential customers may have.

  • Conduct meetings with trialists to discuss their experience and provide recommendations on next steps.

  • Articulate the company value proposition in an industry context, demonstrating the need for the system as a solution for their business needs.

  • Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner via phone and email from potential customers

  • Qualify direct customer leads by following the Sales Process

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.

  • Work with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM.

  • Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Attend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continually improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • 2+ years of sales experience in an outbound business development setting.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and handle a large workload.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Prior SaaS-related sales experience is nice to have but not required.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting needs in regards to small business daily transactions is a plus.

  • Passion for providing a positive customer experience.
