This person will have a strong customer focus and drive digital adoption, experience and People data insights across our customers. Our Senior Manager People Digital Engagement will lead a global team who will focus on the following: Drive the adoption of our People solutions, including Manager and Employee self-service. Measure and assess our customers digital experience, and provide insights to the global process team or solutions team to improve that experience in a measurable way. Sponsor People data quality improvement across our People, Shared Services and Finance teams. We have made great strides in data quality improvements already, and want to sustain and improve on this baseline. Enable the broader People Digital team (Transformation, Solutions, People Reporting & Analytics and Data & Interface Management) to successfully drive initiatives across the business. Build effective partnerships with your People Operations cohort and business stakeholders to help deliver on the People Digital strategy. You will coach and guide your Engagement team to understand the current business needs and their digital maturity and then align People Digital guidance and support through clear and compelling communication and effective coaching will enable your success in this role. You see your role as a leader and senior influencer of a team of enablers of the culture, performance and quality Worley is striving for, created through digital and data solutions. Your day will focus on: Collaboration with the People Digital Leadership team to align on achieving planned priorities, drive adoption and measurably improve experience Listening and measuring the voice of the customer and providing insights to the People Digital team Managing complex problem solving across functions and identify global trends and resolution Leading and coaching the Business Partners to: Be the main focal point between People Digital and Regional People Operations teams Provide People Link Data Quality insights Communicate relevant updates on People solution initiatives and the People Roadmap to build understanding and excitement of the People strategy and our progress Support development and capture of relevant user demands and business cases Support resolution of complex People solution queries and issues, with often multi-party facilitation required Develop fit-for-purpose knowledge content for global People Digital topics and facilitating People solutions training, to build awareness, skill and adoption Manage minor projects successfully, with effective stakeholder and schedule management About you: Team leadership experience and previous participation on leadership teams and SteerCo's You will be a senior influencer with a diplomatic approach and an ability to gain trust and buy-in from a wide range of stakeholders at al levels Driven to measurably improve employee experience across an ecosystem of People solutions Experience with digital People solutions and data, which may include ServiceNow and Oracle HCM Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong customer lens, communicating in a way that meets the needs of the diverse stakeholders Experience developing and conducting training and or working in regional or global team (desirable) Flexibility in working hours.
