The Role We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst, Data & Analytics with a strong healthcare background and extensive experience in data modeling, business analysis, and project management. The ideal candidate will have the ability to extract, analyze, and understand complex datasets while acting as a key communicator between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves gathering business requirements, supporting Scrum processes, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in an Agile environment.

Work You'll Do Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams (data engineering, data science) to gather, evaluate, and document business requirements Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and technical specifications Conduct data modeling and ensure that data is accurately extracted, understood, and aligned with business goals Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding across departments Lead and support Scrum processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and project meetings Develop and implement Business Systems Analysis (BSA) frameworks and methodologies, providing training and guidance to team members on best practice Create and execute test plans, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure systems meet business requirements in Agile environments Utilize BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to analyze and present data, and work with ETL tools such as SSIS and Talend to manage data pipelines

Requirements 5+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Business Systems Analysis (BSA) within data engineering and data science Understanding of BSA frameworks, methodologies, and Agile project management Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and ETL tools like SSIS, Talend Experience with User Acceptance testing in an Agile environment
