This Patient Engagement Senior Analyst will support DaVita's efforts to increase patient engagement among our Integrated Kidney Care patient population, which includes patients across the kidney care continuum including CKD, ESKD and transplant patients. Our team is focused on finding innovative ways to increase our ability to connect with, provide value for, and retain patients, with the belief that sustained patient engagement will lead to improved outcomes and a reduction in total cost of care. We often operate in white spaces and require acting as an "owner" to bring projects from idea to execution, proactively problem solve, or double down on adoption of best practices to support a positive patient experie

This role will support two initiatives within the patient engagement space - digital capabilities including how patients interact with our teams digitally via messaging, scheduling, education etc. AND patient activation efforts, with a specific focus on CMS' required Patient Activation Measure survey. Within digital capabilities, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for workflow development, pilot design, training and presentation development, and analysis of adoption & outcomes. Within patient activation, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for equipping care team members with resources to successfully improve patient activation (how empowered a patient feels in his/her care).

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of work experience in consulting, project management, or strategy role, preferably in the healthcare space. Additional professional backgrounds will be considered with more work experienc

Strategy & Process Development Propose workflow changes for clinical teammates that carefully weigh multiple considerations, stakeholders impacted, and long-term impact to the business Identify and communicate the value proposition of new capabilities to key stakeholders, including operators, intervention leads, and external partners. Think critically to proactively identify and address areas where the process could break Evaluate effectiveness and scalability of initiatives and prepare markets for the launch of new capabilities and/or processes

Analysis Lead data analysis, including thinking critically about assumptions, linking data sources, and effectively using formulas and pivot tables to provide recommendations Build dashboards and/or trackers to drive action with key stakeholders to improve patient adoption and/or activation

Execution Independently problem solve across groups, including an ability to articulate the problem and align stakeholders around a solution Lean into TEAM, both within our group and others, to foster a collaborative, get-stuff-done environment Manage a queue of high visibility projects with tight deadlines and cross-functional teams Demonstrate self-motivation, responsiveness, and a continuous improvement mindset Communication Prepare Powerpoint presentations catered to the audience level and key meeting objectives Create digestible training materials and resources for teammates and leaders Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats, including brevity, action orientation, and appropriate tone

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of work experience in management consulting, project management, or a corporate strategy role preferred Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience Strong analytical and presentation skills required (effective use of PPT & Excel tested during interview process) Work references required Colorado residency preferred (ability to commute 2 days per week)
