That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employe Job Overview The Sr Manager, Commercial Marketing for Fiber Internet is a leadership role that leads our New Customer Acquisition function for Fiber at T-Mobile with full ownership regarding all pricing & promotional decisions, segment identification and selection, value prop definition, performance, and channel management efforts across postpaid and prepaid consumer segments. In addition, this role will also be responsible for quarterly and annual planning against customer targets, load mix and activating MRC. Un-carrier Responsibilities Strategy, Vision, Analysis 2+ Years of experience leading teams of 4 or more. Full P&L management focus of a multi-billion-dollar Fiber portfolio, with weekly, quarterly, annual, and 5-year targets/horizon. Extensive Broadband knowledge, development of value propositions, promotional offer strategy with demonstrated history of winning in hyper competitive and localized markets. Leads performance management vs activation, load mix and revenue targets, developing contingencies to ensure delivery of quarterly and annual customer targets, consistently winning share of gross adds in category every quarter. Responsible for identifying opportunities based on competitive landscape, business performance and customer pain points. Provides strategic recommendations to capture new customers segments and drive accelerated growth within rapidly growing Fiber footprint. Manages offer and portfolio business performance including tracking of results, market invest budget, competitive wargaming, preparing and developing multiple iterations of pricing and promotional efforts to attack and respond to changes in fluid and ultra-competitive environment. Leads with integrity working cross-functionally in operations, supply chain, finance, integrated marketing, product management, analytics, consumer insights, pricing and more to develop and execute winning acquisition Effectively lead each team member with a focus on growth mindset and career development. Proven experience of driving growth at the regional level, therefore, this leader is expected to have strong connection, execution leadership into the field teams including 25-30% travel required.

The Experience You'll Bring 7+ years of progressive experience (2+ years managing teams) in Commercial related functions (i.e., Pricing, FP&A, Category Management, Portfolio Management, Analytics, or Corporate Strategy. Strong communications skills by presentation, written and verbal methods with frequent C-Level presentations. Experience in analyzing customer, business, and industry data to drive business performance. Knowledge of financial drivers, experience in managing return on investment objectives, ability to develop high level financial models and review quarterly forecasts and budgets. Ability to influence, lead and coach cross functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas. Experience in the Residential Broadband Category preferred (Fiber, MSO, ILEC, etc.)

Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data and use the data to drive decisions.

Base Pay Range: $118,200 - $213,200 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
