IDR Inc Sr. Training Program Manager in Denver, Colorado
We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Training Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of impactful training initiatives for our Product and AI learning programs. This role is perfect for someone with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of Product Organizations, and a passion for developing technology-focused training programs that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth. This position is fully remote within the US and is intended to be a contract-to-hire.
Position Overview/Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of technology-focused training programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and align training solutions with business goals.
- Oversee the creation, development, and delivery of training materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Partner with business leaders, technologists, and subject matter experts to ensure training initiatives align with organizational priorities.
- Act as the primary liaison between the training team and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead and mentor training teammates, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience. Advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in training program management, instructional design, or corporate learning and development.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale training initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, training delivery, and the use of training technologies.
- Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD) is a plus.
- Product Organization knowledge is preferred.
- AI knowledge and experience is preferred.

Salary Transparency: 80-89/hr based on experience level
