Rate of Pay: Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary of $209,674.14 - $219,674.14/year, as well as company stock options & standard company benefits.

Duties: Research, design, and develop computer software programs. Analyze user needs and identify solutions. Lead team of engineers, together with product managers and designers, to innovate and build software products. Architect and design well-tested and reusable code to build software that scales efficiently with continued business growth. Work with other stakeholders internally to resolve complex software problems and pair programming. Integrate and improve Agile development software processes. Build software solutions using a variety of technologies.

100% telecommuting permitted. Position reports to company HQ in Denver, CO (Denver County)

Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field and 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive experience in a related occupation.

Must include some experience in each of the following: 1) Python. 2) PostgreSQL. 3) AWS managed services (API Gateway, Lambda, Kinesis, and RDS). 4) CI/CD tools (Circleci and Github Actions).
