The Brand Manager is responsible for supporting all brand marketing activities to drive growth within the Surgical Division. This role is globally focused on enhancing women’s lives and well-being through differentiated, evidence-based solutions for minimally invasive procedures. As the general manager of the brand, you will be responsible for working with the Sr. Brand manager to support the product management for the Tissue Removal franchise. The candidate will be a part of a passionate & highly skilled marketing team that works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales leaders, research and development and, finance, etc. Ultimately, as the Brand Manager, the candidate owns and drives the success of the product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ideate, communicate & execute measurable strategies and tactics to drive consistent and profitable growth.

• Analyze daily and provide insights on ongoing brand performance.

• Drive the execution of strategic objectives and ensure strong professional development.

• Communicate opportunities and gaps to peers and to management, offering actionable recommendations.

• Daily management of field-based inquiries and requests.

• Partner & over-communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear strategic plans.

• Drive the development and implementation of creative marketing strategies across core functional areas (sales, physician, clinical, and medical education).

• Assess market information needs relevant to the development or monitoring of strategies and implement market research projects to address such issues.

• As the general manager of the brand, you will own the entire product life cycle from creation to utilization and work cross-functionally to maximize efficiency.

• Contribute to the organization and execution of sales meetings, including development, planning, budget tracking, and implementation of brand strategy and messaging.

• Drive commercial excellence through marketing initiatives around the development, launch, and sale of new products both in the US and in international markets, ensuring launch excellence, clear metrics, and high accountability.

• As needed, develop educational pieces to train the sales force in key clinical, economic, and competitive areas.

• Responsible for pricing strategy and discipline. Will manage pricing approval requests and meet profitability goals.

• Manage production of sales and marketing collateral, video, slides, and other related materials. Ensure cost and production efficiencies.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the basic knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

• Ability to execute a marketing plan and knowledge of marketing strategies to grow market share

• Healthcare and/or medical device experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong bias toward action

• Proven problem-solving capabilities

• Confident in engaging with HCPs

• Experience in driving marketing campaigns, creating supporting collateral & driving key messaging

• Selling experience & a confident and clear communicator both verbally and in writing

• Strong business acumen

• Strong virtual and on-stage presenting

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with staff at all levels

• Strong working ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. (Would consider a candidate with a strong sales and people leadership background)

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of Healthcare Product Management or equivalent work experience required

Additional Details

• Must be able to travel as required by the needs of the role (25-30%)

The annualized base salary range for this role is $96,900 to $151,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
