Job Description

The Treasury Onboarding Consultant II is primarily responsible for partnering with Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) and Relationship Managers (RMs) to implement products and/or services for customers of moderate size and/or complexity. This role works with occasional oversight to design, test, and implement an optimal solution for the customer. They also provide system training and education to the customer, and remain a point of customer contact for questions as needed.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • In partnership with TMOs and RMs, you will independently gather requirements from smaller or less-complex customers regarding the short and long term needs for products and/or services. You will consult with customers on approaches, desired outcomes, best practices, and custom solutions. You will evaluate risk, scalability, and long term support of custom solution requests while working with product managers and leadership to design optimal solutions and submit for approval.
  • You will, with occasional assistance, configure, test, and validate the customized solution. You will anticipate and identify issues inhibiting successful configuration while developing and implementing corrective actions. You will trouble shoot questions/issues as they arise-directly communicating with vendors. You will provide regular and consistent communication with customers, TMOs and RMs throughout the implementation lifecycle (3-6 months).
  • You will train/educate customers on implementations, and independently respond to email questions and unscheduled calls asking for help as needed.You will collect customer data required to submit problem tickets to vendors.
  • You will transition the customer from Sales through Implementation by reviewing client structure and completing an overview of services to ensure a transparent and smooth transition for ongoing Account Management.You will look for opportunities to offer other solutions to the customer based on past experiences or inferences made by the customer.
  • You will proactively suggest improvements to processes/procedures/documentation/research while participating with some oversight in the creation of mater als needed for new products and enhancements.

Education & Experience Requirements

Level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or related degree with 3-5 years' related experience or 5-7 years' work related experience. Solid knowledge of products and/or services (product delivery systems including on-line, electronic bank products) as well as all other products offered through other areas of the Bank Working knowledge of service requirements, implementation requirements, agreements and necessary distribution Advanced understanding and knowledge of Bank and Vendor operations as well as the Bank's organizational structure Excellent organization, time management and planning skills Excellent decision making, problem solving and team building skills Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills Well-developed oral and written communication skills to effectively represent self and BOKF, as well as ability to present complex information and issues in a clear and concise manner Ability to effectively plan time, method, manner and sequence of own work assignments
