To maximize Airinmar’s revenues and their customers ROI through savings associated with Value Engineering, Warranty Management, Consultancy, PBH O&A policing, Sourcing, Guarantee Management and other value stream activities.

What you will be responsible for:

Record VE/WTY outcomes in the respective systems.
Enforce contractual terms and recover associated benefits.
Manage contract TAT remedies, including those enshrined within the Airbus SSC and Boeing PSAA.
Be the go-to department for engineering/technical issues and provide subject matter expertise to other Airinmar departments.
Assist Sales & Business Development with designing strategic programs for customer cost reduction and gainshare revenue generation.
Meet Airinmar’s requirements relating to Technical Services obligations contained within customer/Airinmar Contracts, SOWs and MOUs.
Apply continuous improvement to develop Airinmar’s processes, procedures and systems to improve the department’s overall efficiency and ability to meet the needs of the customer.
Apply continuous improvement to develop new cost reduction mechanisms to maintain Airinmar’s competitiveness.
Maximize Customer’s ROI and Airinmar’s revenues through delivering (or supporting the delivery of) the services outlined in customer statements of work.
Perform account reporting to the allocated Program Manager.
Carry out and manage projects and tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
Be able to build multi-level relationships within Customer, both internally and externally.
Support the implementation and management of the delivery of Warranty Management services (in coordination with UK-based staff)
Proactively apply Continuous Improvement, including the Identification and implementation of initiatives/projects
Lead/Support periodic program reviews
Identify, create and manage warranty claims for component, line maintenance, heavy maintenance and other eligible events
Contact suppliers to gather the necessary information to justify a quoted repair and contest where appropriate.
Maintain data integrity
Maintain regular verbal & written updates with the UK team
Provide a point of contact for data retrieval, problem resolution, escalation and advice.
Carry out business development and identify up-selling opportunities
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
What you will need to be successful in this role:
Hold an HNC/HND/Degree in a Business/Engineering discipline or have relevant work experience in an aircraft maintenance or warranty organization.
Have appropriate industry experience within a Supply Chain, Aerospace, Value Engineering, Warranty or Technical Services discipline.
Demonstrate sound interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong time management skills and an ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be able to build multi-level relationships within organizations, both internally and externally.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
