Direct Wire & Cable Inc. Customer Service Representative in Denver, Pennsylvania

Direct Wire & Cable is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a part of our growing, strategic, and innovative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, supporting the sales process, and meeting the business needs of Direct Wire.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, mail, fax, and email.
  • Enter orders, verify shipping costs, ensure order accuracy, and clear orders for production. Scan original order documentation. Archive change order and cancellation requests.
  • Handle administrative tasks associated with orders through product shipment. Request part numbers, maintain client packages, add contracts for shipments, and coordinate with production staff and shipping to ensure order completion.
  • Answer sales phone queues, close sales inquiries, and redirect other inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
  • Provide general customer service, product information, and order and delivery status to wholesale accounts and end-users.
  • Support and interact with other members of the sales team to guarantee accurate and efficient order processing for wholesale accounts and end-users.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Possess strong organization and time management skills in order to work on multiple priorities.
  • Proficient computer and word processing skills including MS Office applications, customer relationship data management systems, and automated phone systems.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as on a team and be a self-starter.
  • Enjoy being part of a team and working in a cooperative environment.
