Avidd Community Services of New Jersey, Inc proudly serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Somerset, Morris, Bergen, and Warren Counties. Our residential programs are homes that are settled in various communities throughout suburban North Jersey. Each home is custom suited to its residents, their abilities, needs and personalities. Avidd strongly believes in fostering independence and teaching life skills.Requirements:Education - Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred in Social Services or Public Health Administration.Must have 5 years of Operational QA experience.Must have experience working with DDD/IDD populations.Ability to pass background checks to include reference checks, drug testing, CARI check, Central Registry, Verify/Comply and Fingerprinting.Detail oriented and organized.Must be able to travel within our programs located Bergen, Morris, Warren and Somerset counties.Responsibilities:Auditing the licensed residential programs for quality of care and provision of a safe, enriched and respectful atmosphere for the individuals Avidd supports.Provides monthly and quarterly audits and bi-yearly trend reports.Ensures house compliance with DDD manual of standards and for maintaining the program in a manner appropriate for licensing inspection.Reports to CEOPotential for hybrid work.Salary commensurate with experience.
