Avidd strongly believes in fostering independence and teaching life skills.Requirements:Education - Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred in Social Services or Public Health Administration.Must have 5 years of Operational QA experience.Must have experience working with DDD/IDD populations.Ability to pass background checks to include reference checks, drug testing, CARI check, Central Registry, Verify/Comply and Fingerprinting.Detail oriented and organized.Must be able to travel within our programs located Bergen, Morris, Warren and Somerset counties.Responsibilities:Auditing the licensed residential programs for quality of care and provision of a safe, enriched and respectful atmosphere for the individuals Avidd supports.Provides monthly and quarterly audits and bi-yearly trend reports.Ensures house compliance with DDD manual of standards and for maintaining the program in a manner appropriate for licensing inspection.Reports to CEOPotential for hybrid work.Salary commensurate with experience.
