Job Title: Credit and Collections Specialist
Job Description
The Credit and Collections Specialist will work with customers on their invoices and accounts receivable, handling outstanding invoices to collect payment. This role reports to a manager in our California location. Responsibilities include collecting outstanding account receivables, performing administrative tasks, and managing all aspects of credit, collection, analysis, and resolution of billing issues to reduce accounts receivable delinquency. The Specialist will identify accounts that have exceeded credit terms and limits, review aging accounts for past due credits or short pays, verify applications received for credit, and request any missing documents from the credit package. Additionally, the role involves identifying accounts to prepay before printing or delivery, managing past due accounts, and communicating with billing and customers to ensure receipt of funds.

Work Environment
Really cool open concept office downtown above Americana. Very collaborative. Coffee and snack area in the middle of the office for all employees. The team includes 5 others on the AR team. 2-4 weeks in person before moving to hybrid schedule.
