Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our medical group as a Business Partner. The Business Partner will be responsible for overseeing various projects within the medical group, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles in the healthcare industry.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects within the medical group.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.

Team Management:

  • Supervise project teams, including physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and external contractors.

  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance to team members to achieve project goals.

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to maximize team productivity and engagement.

Resource Allocation and Budget Management:

  • Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

  • Allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes while maintaining cost efficiency.

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.

  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal quality improvement teams to address any issues or deficiencies identified during project implementation.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management, clinical staff, and external partners.

  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges effectively through written reports, presentations, and meetings.

  • Facilitate productive discussions and resolve conflicts to foster strong relationships and collaboration among stakeholders.

Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within a healthcare setting.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality improvement initiatives.
