Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master. This position will be full-time and remote .
What You'll Do
Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Manage project scope and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards
Mentor and coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices
Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications, including stakeholders and customers
Collaborate with product owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
Track and analyze team performance metrics, such as burndown charts, to ensure continuous improvement
What You'll Need
Required:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in large-scale projects
Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
Familiarity with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, XP) is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
