Job Summary:

The Systems Engineer II designs, develops, supports, and maintains the organization's systems infrastructure. This includes the implementation and design of hardware and software. This position is highly qualified in the areas of Windows O/S, Active Directory, and Office 365 and will work with end-users to address problem reports and questions while exhibiting superior customer service skills.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

· Writes scripts for system administration and configuration management

· Ensures compliance requirements and audit efforts are met

· Writes and debugs PowerShell scripts for system administration

· Designs, implements, secures, and maintains Windows Server and desktop o/s

· Interfaces with customers and ensures customer satisfaction

· Manages and troubleshoots Microsoft Group Policy and Intune

· Performs endpoint management for updates/software packaging. Installs and configures according to defined industry standards, practices, and regulatory requirements

· Creates and maintains configuration diagrams, install scripts, and documentation

· Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

· 4 – 6 years experience

· Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

· Four-year degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

· Or two-year degree plus commensurate experience

· At least five years of experience working with highly available network/computer systems required

· Prior/Current experience with Banking or Financial Institutions helpful

· Experience in risk mitigation strategies helpful

· Experience troubleshooting or supporting Microsoft platforms (e.g. Office 365, Active Directory, all current flavors of Windows desktop and server o/s) required

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

· Windows server installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting

· Active Directory

· Azure AD SAML SSO

· Deployment/management tools such as MECM/MDT/Intune

· VMware support knowledge

· PowerShell Scripting and automation

· Office 365 administration (EXO, SPO, OD)

· WaaS and all planning details associated with the cycle of major O/S upgrades

· Knowledge of Banking/Financial Institution regulatory requirements helpful

· Knowledge of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS

Hiring Salary Range

The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Salary Range: $73,000 - $90,000
