Job Title: 3rd Shift Laborer

Job Description

Join our team as a 3rd Shift Laborer, where you'll be crucial in preparing the 1st shift for production by engaging in various yard work activities. This includes guiding crane operations, moving precast concrete walls, and preparing materials like foam, rebar, and 2x4s based on blueprints. Your role will also involve checking concrete curing temperatures, performing general cleaning duties, and assisting in inventory control and load preparations for delivery. This position requires physical activity such as walking throughout the day in various weather conditions, bending, and lifting.

Work Environment

This position operates during the 3rd shift from 10pm to 6am, Sunday through Thursday, with potential overtime during busy summer seasons. The work environment is outdoor, dirty, and dusty with exposure to various weather conditions. It involves working with a team in a large plant with high performance expectations. Safety gear such as steel-toed boots is required, while other protective equipment will be provided based on department needs.
