As an Associate Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement, you’ll assist in developing and implementing strategic integrated marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement and revenue growth alongside our sales banking team. Using data and current market trends, you’ll assist with cross-functional efforts to create and execute a marketing strategy through campaigns that generate leads and enhance the company's market presence. You’ll help to improve the integrated marketing methods through the proper use of insights. You’ll utilize the company's vision and values along with creativity, strategic thinking and hands-on execution to achieve marketing objectives and support business growth.

About the Role

  • Assist in developing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives

  • Draft marketing briefs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, subject matter experts, and content creators that produce high-quality, engaging marketing that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences

  • Help monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance

  • Collaborate with internal teams, agency teams and vendors to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies and support integrated go-to-market plans

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent competency

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in a marketing role or at an advertising agency or equivalent experience

  • Experience in marketing automation

  • Knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategies

  • Knowledge in analyzing and interpreting marketing related data

  • Knowledge in growing a brand and delivering integrated marketing programs

  • Knowledge of project management principles
