R1 RCM Client Operations Lead in Detroit, Michigan

As an Operations Lead , you will:

  • Partner with client representatives and other R1 operators to perform detailed reviews of patient accounts with the objective of identifying cost, operations and patient satisfaction improvements.

  • Implement R1 technology, training, and process excellence initiatives across pre-registration, registration, and financial counseling departments.

  • Serve as a liaison for training and subject matter expertise on the utilization of R1 work flow technologies.

  • Coach client staff and managers to improve workflow and operational performance.

  • Healthcare revenue cycle operations experiencedemonstrating progressive responsibility

  • A self starter mindset, taking on new challenges and creating innovative solutions

  • An analytical aptitude, understanding complex data sets and a desire to learn more

  • Change management background and flexibility; taking on transitions and the ability to assist others through change

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $64,657.00 - $80,821.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
