We are seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator Intern who will help produce high-quality communication materials across various platforms for our clients. This internship offers an opportunity to develop skills in written communication, design, and video editing while collaborating with a dynamic team. In this role, you’ll assist in the ideation, creation and execution of diverse assets, from concept to delivery, across print, digital and video mediums. Whether specializing in one area or engaging in multiple aspects of content creation, this role will provide a comprehensive experience in brand communications.

About the Role

Client Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their communication needs and challenges.

  • Engage in both face-to-face and written communication to ensure clear and accurate messaging.

Content Creation & Design:

  • Develop engaging and creative graphic assets for multiple platforms (print, video, email, social media, etc.).

  • Apply design principles to create visually appealing and effective content tailored to specific mediums.

  • Assist in the creation of video content, both in production and post-production, ensuring high-quality production and design.

Content Strategy & Messaging:

  • Use knowledge of communication tools, formats, and principles to craft clear and consistent messaging across various channels.

  • Ensure content is tailored for each platform while maintaining a unified brand message.

Brainstorming & Ideation:

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for current and upcoming client campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the team to generate creative concepts and solutions for marketing initiatives.

Client Presentation:

  • Assist in presenting communication design concepts to clients, explaining design decisions and the creative vision.

  • Support the client in understanding how to implement and leverage created content.

Support for Team Tasks:

  • Provide written, design, and video content support to the team as needed.

  • Assist with various creative tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Brand Consistency & Adherence to Guidelines:

  • Adhere to established style guides and ensure the brand voice and tone is maintained across all deliverables.

  • Ensure consistency in messaging and quality in all content produced.

Industry Awareness & Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in communication, design, and content creation.

  • Research and apply new tools, techniques, and best practices to enhance content quality.

Feedback & Quality Assurance:

  • Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve the quality of deliverables.

  • Review and refine content to meet client expectations before final delivery.

Client Training & Instruction:

  • Provide guidance to clients on how to effectively use and implement the delivered content.

  • Ensure clients feel confident in utilizing the materials created for their campaigns.

About You

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media, or a related field.

  • Basic experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (preferred but not required).

  • Strong written communication skills with a creative approach to storytelling.

  • A keen eye for design, detail, and aesthetics.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, web content creation, and digital marketing is a plus.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

  • A passion for content creation and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
