Overview Salesforce Professional Services is looking to grow our Marketing Strategy team! The Marketing Strategists lead and drive vision, strategy, and alignment with Marketing Leaders for Salesforce customers. We focus on delivering vision-to-value by transforming our customers' businesses through a design-led, human-centered approach. As subject matter experts, we work with customers to define their vision, plan their strategies and launch industry-changing end-customer experiences that create measurable impact.

Marketing Strategy is a team of digitally native innovators and advisors who focus first on being customer and consumer advocates. This means that we are leaders, strategists, subject matter experts, communicators, and storytellers. We collaborate with intention, working with executives and their teams to confront the reality of their toughest challenges. Marketing Strategy is part of Salesforce's Professional Services organization, focused on creating exceptional experiences that help businesses maximize the Salesforce platform to transform and strengthen relationships with their customers.

Responsibilities

Responsible for being a consumer champion and advocate. We think about our Salesforce customers' end-consumer, and develop transformative customer experience strategies for them - powered by Salesforce technology.

Understand end-consumers and their needs in order to develop a consumer-first strategy across the digital experience, using your expertise in channels like email, SMS, mobile, web, advertising.

Leverage design thinking to create visions, digital maturity assessments, roadmaps, customer experience journey maps, and other strategic marketing recommendations - with the expectation of also bringing these experiences to life.

Use compelling storytelling and future visioning to drive consensus, alignment, and implementation of visions.

Consultation on business value measurement and metric development: driving a culture of business value-driven decision making and measurement.

Be the catalyst for change between technology, brand, and business - with a strong ability to work with technology.

Partner (and at times, co-create/collaborate) with marketers, designers, technical architects, agencies, partner consultancies - up to an executive level.

Develop thought leadership, being a champion of innovation and standard methodologies.

Multi-task and perform well under pressure in a constantly evolving environment with key partners and teams.

Independently lead projects and key project members, holding primary accountability for strategic outputs (research, workshops, conducting interviews and synthesizing, collaboration with functional and technical counterparts).
