Henry Ford Health System Project Coordinator DTE Account - 40 Hour/Week in Detroit, Michigan
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under minimal supervision, the Project Coordinator is responsible for various activities associated with the DTE Energy Medical Services Account which includes training and supervision of the medical record support person at the DTE corporate office; working with staff of the various DTE power plants and service centers to design and implement data collection forms and databases; project planning and management; serving as a departmental and client resource for tracking employee physical components; working with multiple out-state clinics to coordinate the billing/reimbursement process with the client; site coordination and client liaison activities and other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma required. Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum of three to five years' experience as project support and coordination in a hospital or clinic setting required.
Coursework in health care administration or project management preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license and means of transportation.
Normal office environment with minimal discomfort due to temperature, dust, noise, and odors.
Must occasionally visit work sites and other locations outside the assigned office environment.
