*PURPOSE: *To develop test procedures and test controllers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, build and maintain test controllers based on customer specifications.

• Develop software used for test controllers and analysis of test data.

• Develop and define test procedures consistent with customer specifications.

• Support Engineering, Research and Development, Quality Assurance, Sales and Prototype departments on testing issues.

• Plan, recommend and implement new test requirements, procedures and equipment required to support the product test and development needs of the company. • Write work instructions and provide technical training to Test Lab personnel regarding new test procedures and new equipment.

• Participates actively in the requirement to retain ISO/TS16949/ISO14001 certification.

• Responsible for knowing and upholding the H&S Policy and for working in a safe manner and reporting all unsafe or unhealthy conditions or acts.

• Completes any other assignments, duties and projects that may be assigned.
