Creative Circle, LLC Sr. Account Manager - Healthcare, B2B in Detroit, Michigan

Position Overview Our agency client is looking for a part-time Sr. Account Manager to join their team in a freelance capacity with the eventual goal of full-time conversion. This Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with a Healthcare client. This role involves strategic planning, execution of account strategies, and achievement of performance metrics to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

This role is:  - Primarily remote, but ideally targeting someone local to Detroit, MI for onsite meetings - Part-time, 15-20 hours, with a ramp up to 40/hrs closer to March.  - Starts January 6th

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all client communications.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client goals and company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and future strategies to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably supporting Healthcare clients.
  • Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and how to leverage them for client success.
  • Experience supporting direct mail, and print projects. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
