As a Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping our technology strategy by ensuring our systems are aligned with business needs and running smoothly. You’ll work closely with business teams to translate their processes into efficient system workflows, supporting the overall execution of our tech stack. Your work will also involve guiding system updates and improvements, keeping our technology agile and effective.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similarrole involving system configuration, analysis, and support.

  • Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, including defining and managing use cases.

  • Basic understanding of project management principles, including planning, implementation, and status reporting.

  • Proficiency or a keen interest in AI and MarTech tooling

About the Role

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into strategic system workflows that drive operational efficiency.

  • Define, document, and communicate system requirements and use cases, ensuring alignment across teams and levels within the organization.

  • Evaluate and implement solutions by analyzing systems holistically, identifying opportunities for improvement, and managing the end-to-end execution of updates and changes.

  • Lead project planning and implementation, including testing, documentation, and hosting functional demos to secure business acceptance and meet defined success criteria.

  • Facilitate change management and governance processes by coordinating system updates, configurations, and user acceptance testing while maintaining transparent communication with impacted business areas.

  • Monitor system performance, manage maintenance and troubleshooting, and proactively communicate the impact of changes to stakeholders.

  • Engage with external vendors to evaluate potential solutions, assess fit against business needs, and support the selection and implementation of new technologies.

  • Provide regular updates on the status of tasks and projects, preparing reports on key performance indicators to support informed decision-making.
