You Are:

A strategic leader with expertise in cloud-based data platforms, modern architectures, and scalable solutions. You excel at guiding teams, driving platform modernization, and delivering impactful, data-driven outcomes.

The Work:

  • Design and implement scalable data platforms that enable seamless integration, storage, and processing of enterprise data.

  • Utilize technical expertise to optimize platform performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Drive data platform strategies leveraging cloud technologies, modern architectures, and proven methodologies.

  • Advise on platform modernization and lead teams to deliver robust, high-performing solutions that empower data-driven decision-making.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data platform design and cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Minimum 5 years of proficiency in data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and real-time streaming

  • Minimum 5 years of strong knowledge of modern data architectures, including data lakes and warehouses

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices for data pipelines

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading platform migration, modernization, and scalability projects

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Ability to lead and effectively facilitate design sessions with business customers and Data Platform teams to deliver robust, high-performing solutions that empower data-driven decision-making.

  • Cloud (e.g. AWS) data path certifications

  • Business acumen and domain knowledge to catch nuances in the meaning of the data, collaborate with cross-functional teams to better understand their areas of expertise, and communicate effectively with their leadership teams.

  • A good understanding of governance and security best practices as well as their organization’s policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain the required regulatory and privacy compliance.

  • Basic knowledge of machine learning (ML) and models and statistical analysis to better collaborate with data scientists and business leaders

  • Demonstrable knowledge in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and other relevant technical domains

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
