About our business

The EY Launch Internship is an internship experience for college students who are two years or more from graduation and is one platform designed to support and develop underrepresented groups within the professional services industry. EY Launch Interns will discover the EY businesses and services that align with their academic endeavors and professional goals, develop relationships and define who they are and the professional they'll be.

What you will do

As a Core & CPA Track EY Launch Intern, you’ll discover the various ways we assist our clients in identifying and resolving complex issues, whether that be through identifying potential audit issues, meeting complex tax obligations, employing proper information systems or establishing and maintaining an effective process, risk and control environment. While each EY Launch Intern’s experience will be unique, you can expect to work on real business challenges, support client teams, and access learning, technology, relationships, and support.

During the EY Launch Internship program, we’ll provide you with a support network that will guide you every step of the way – to understand just what’s expected of you, access the right learning, experiences, and coaching, and become the transformative, inclusive leader that the world needs. Your key responsibilities

Job requirements and preferences

  • Required qualifications

  • College freshman, sophomore or junior status

  • An excellent academic record in Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business, Finance, Economics or a related subject

  • Ability to travel locally to the EY office, client and/or third-party sites

  • Preferred qualifications

  • Strong preference for affiliation in organizations committed to racial diversity and inclusiveness for underrepresented groups

  • A proven history of leadership, such as in a campus club or society

  • A genuine interest in a professional services career

  • Desire and educational requirements to pursue a relevant certification (CPA, CISA, etc.)

What we offer

We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The salary range for this job, in the US, is $25.53- $36.03 per hour. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.

In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
