Job Summary
As a UX Design Intern, you'll deliver business objectives through the creation of superior user experiences for clients and internal team members. You'll create usable solutions that provide a competitive advantage in user experience by designing and delivering user journeys, user flow, wireframes and interactive prototypes across a variety of devices and interfaces.
About the Role
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs, requirements, workflows, and strategies that deliver value to our clients
Apply user experience standards, industry guidelines, interaction design principles and best practices to ensure an efficient, effective, and consistent user experience
Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences
Design and deliver wireframes, mockups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
Collaborate with teams to create user-centered conversational product designs, requirements, workflows, and strategies
Assist with creating experiences and interfaces for product prototypes in keeping with industry standards and best practices
Help with user research, including planning, prioritization, feedback collection and action plan creation
Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences
Help identify metrics to define design success and prioritize enhancement
About You
Demonstrated ability to use industry standard design and prototyping tools to create low- and high-fidelity designs, Figma or Adobe XD
Knowledge of the design decision making process and how to use data and key findings to inform designs
Foundational understanding of common design heuristics and principles
Ability to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete design solutions
Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams, clients, and stakeholders
Ability to stay up to date on the latest standards, changes, and trends in the design field
