Our upscale hotel is located in Terminal D in the DFW Airport, featuring 298 guest rooms with runway views. Front Desk colleagues are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for personal conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Greeting guests upon their arrival and departure of the hotel.

  • Responsible for checking guests in and out for their hotel reservation.

  • Engaging with guests throughout the lobby level regarding their stay and providing assistance when needed.

  • Assist with information: directions, flight tracking, food and beverage recommendations, and local attractions.

  • Ensure knowledge of the surrounding areas and able to guide guests should they need assistance with finding out of hotel activities/events.

  • Responsible for the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees. You will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required.

  • Providing detailed reports any incidents that occur.

  • Assist guests with luggage assistance as needed/requested.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service demeanor and management required.

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.

  • Able to push/pull/lift/carry moderate weight

  • Flexible schedule, including ability to work weekends and holidays
