What are you responsible for?

This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

As a phone operator, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the smooth operation and handling of all telephone communication, providing quick, well organized, polite telephone services to guests and hotel staff. Phone operators are responsible for answering external and internal calls to and from the hotel. The phone operator directs guests to shuttle pick up locations and receives and dispatches guest requests. The phone operator is responsible for dispatching emergency services as needed in coordination with Airport resources.

We are seeking a Full Time Phone Operator with flexible availability. Shift duration is 8hrs ranging from 1pm to 2am. Must be available weekends.

Qualifications:

How do you know if this job is for you?

  • Must have Flexible availability working any day from 7am to 12am, including, weekends and holidays.

  • Previous Phone operator experience Required

  • Computer knowledge and experience required.

  • Must have the ability to work alone, with others, and remain at work station for entirety of shift.

  • Must have customer service experience with excellent written and especially verbal communication skills.

  • Skilled in active listening and able to provide clear concise directions

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
