Sr. Procurement Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Procurement Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and conduct market analysis. You will also act as a contract specialist, supporting the contract lifecycle—from drafting and negotiation to execution and management. Additionally, you will manage projects autonomously, proactively driving them toward successful completion. Your efforts will be key in optimizing procurement processes, ensuring compliance, and achieving cost savings.

Essential Functions

  • Analyze cost structures and collaborate with suppliers to establish competitive and sustainable beverage case costs.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and availability of ingredients to make informed procurement suggestions. Stay updated on industry developments and potential risks that may impact ingredient sourcing.

  • Assist in the creation and analysis of RFPs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle for all supplier-related contracts and other documents for Ingredients.

  • Analyze the network of suppliers and identify opportunities for synergies and efficiency improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Beverage Development, QA, and compliance to understand the requirements for new beverage formulations.

  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers for innovative and on-trend ingredients to support the development of new beverage products.

  • When needed, help drive or drive vendor discussions to achieve best results for Niagara including but not limited to:

  • New relationship formation

  • Existing relationship management

  • Negotiation

  • This position requires travel up to 25%

  • Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment

  • 4 Years – Experience in Position

  • 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects

  • 6 Years– Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment

Typical Compensation Range

Pay Rate Type: Salary

$96,309.20 - $139,648.35 / Yearly
