- Supply Chain and Brand Management: Advise on best practices in supply chain management, including inventory control, brand management, and other critical operational areas. * SWOT Analysis and Business Initiatives: Conduct SWOT analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and propose innovative business initiatives to help Newegg stand out in a competitive market. * Market Trends and Consumer Behavior: Develop data-driven reports on market trends and consumer behavior, specifically focusing on the IT vertical sector. * Business Planning: Assist in creating and refining business plans for new product lines or services, contributing to Newegg’s strategic growth initiatives. * Weekly Check-Ins: Participate in weekly check-ins and regular brainstorming sessions with Global Platform Group leaders to discuss project progress and share insights. * Academic Background: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. * Experience: Prior internship experience in business consulting, e-commerce, or related fields is preferred. * Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. * Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
