Maintenance Tech- Facilities

Pay: $25-40 (depending on experience)

Weekly pay

Shift: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm

Brief Description: (will discuss more in detail)

• Duties may include/involve plumbing, painting and general building upkeep

• Performs quality repairs to or modifications to plumbing systems

• Ability to perform basic repairs, maintenance: drywall, furniture, door knobs

• Performs minor electrical maintenance including replacing lightbulbs and removing/installing general light fixtures

• Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.).

• Grounds keeping and janitorial work

• Performs other work related duties as assigned

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00
