JOB REQUIREMENTS: Facilities Associate - Modular Setup - FACIL005228 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilities Associate - Modular Setup Part Time Shift: 6:30 am- 2:30 pm Starting wage up to \$23/hr based on experience Job Details: * Install new and used modular office systems, wall and office furniture. This includes dismantling and reassembly of existing units. * Assist in remodeling and rearranging new and existing store fixtures and remote distribution / phone centers. * Must be able to work a 40-hour week and be available for overtime as business needs arise. * Must follow all safe work practices, escalate unsafe conditions, and report incidents. * Install / knowledge of power whips for electrical systems on various modular furniture types. * Work with IT department for running data cables for furniture reconfigurations. * Remove and install carpet and base cove at all Lands\' End facilities (on campus and remote sites). * Assist Facilities Grounds Crew with the snow removal / shoveling of all sidewalks, entryways, emergency exits, fire hydrants and PIV water valves. * Keep equipment work logs and mechanical work records as assigned using Excel.
