Description

We are partnering with a wealth company in the Doral area who is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk (contract to hire)

Overview of duties:

• Issue customer billing statements

• Cash applications

• Update accounts receivable report, daily

• Collect on past due balances

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on any overdue payments

• Contact customers within portfolio to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment plans as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience

• Ability to work under pressure

• Experience with accounting software or NetSuite, Oracle

• Bilingual; English and Spanish
