Description

Florida Plumbing is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper with a minimum of 3 years' experience, reporting directly to the CEO. This role entails overseeing day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, inventory management, bank reconciliations, and cash flow analysis. Additionally, Bookkeeper will play a key role in supporting the sales team during upcoming system migration from Eclipse to QuickBooks Desktop. Proficiency in QuickBooks and experience with biweekly payroll processing using Amplify are essential. Seeking a self-driven individual with strong organizational and leadership skills to thrive in this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:

· All aspects of Accounting: Bookkeeping/Bank Rec/ Chart of Account Maintenance/General Ledger/Trail Balance/Sales Tax filing/Monthly Financial Statements (Balance Sheet and P& L - Cash Flow Report/Inventory Rec/Margin Analysis/Year-End Statements for CPA/Other reports as needed by Management.

· Payroll/Benefit Management. Note that team members interact directly on portals of Amplify PEO (Payroll/PTO/HR), UnitedHealth Care (Health Insurance), and Slavic (401k)
