Teksouth is seeking a Power Platform Innovator with an active Secret clearance to develop and enhance government software capabilities onsite in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities

• Integrate full-lifecycle software solutions as part of a team pursuing a mutual mission.

• Gather and refine requirements to help build and deploy new software capabilities in an Agile environment.

• Utilize and grow your engineering expertise alongside valued team members to design, develop, and maintain customer-centric capabilities to push the mission forward and help protect our nation.

• Review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and document the test results.

• Resolve software issue reports.

• Utilize software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE an Active Secret Clearance

• BS/BA Degree or years equivalent in computer science, information systems, business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.

• Minimum of 6 years of general experience of which at least 4 years are specialized.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in analyzing user needs and developing software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.

• Preferred to have at least 5 years of experience with updating software or enhancing existing software capabilities utilizing Power BI, DAX, Access and SQL are the preferred skills.

• Nice to have skills-VB script, CGI script, JavaScript, HTML, any language targeting .NET, Cold Fusion, Oracle.

• At least 3 years of experience working with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and developing specifications and performance requirements.

• At least 5 years' experience maintaining databases within an application area, by working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
