Logitech Solution Specialist in Doral, Florida

The Latin America B2B Solutions Specialist team is a highly creative and collaborative group of passionate technical sales professionals who enjoy sharing their knowledge with customers and partners and are considered a go-to technical resource. The team collaborates with the Account team and is a strong advocate for the Logitech brand, provides initial and ongoing customer design and sales support, work to develop mindshare with customers and partners, and helps drive customer success daily. As a result, the SEs team is continually learning and increasing their knowledge and sharing through written documentation, group collaborations, and one-on-one. We are constantly learning and applying our knowledge sharing across the team and beyond.

We are looking for a Solutions Specialist (SE) to join the NSC Cluster in Latin America B2B SE team to support pre-sales activities about Logitech Video Collaboration and Personal Workspace. You will report to the NSC Cluster B2B Head and support regional customers in all Latin America (except Mexico & Brazil) to champion customer experience utilizing Logitech B2B technology.

As a Solutions Specialist at Logitech, you will be pivotal in supporting highly transactional sales processes for our Business-to-Business Video Collaboration and personal workspace solutions. This role is suited for someone with prior experience as a sales engineer, ready to address technical queries, provide product demonstrations, and ensure our solutions meet customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Logitech's channel partners and end customers, ensuring all technical questions are answered with accuracy and clarity

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the capabilities of Logitech's video collaboration solutions

  • Partnering very closely with Channel Partners to help support their sales teams by providing technical expertise and assistance during the sales process, contributing to transactional sales strategies and execution

  • Assist internal sales teams with establishing demos or proof of concepts of our solutions and products.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technological advancements in video collaboration technology

  • Assist in the development and delivery of tailored solutions that address specific customer requirements and challenges

  • Engage in continuous learning about Logitech's product suite and its applications in various business environments

  • Cooperate with the sales team maintaining an accurate and updated sales funnel at all times with enough coverage to exceed quota.

  • Participate in quarterly business meetings to review the business and plan upcoming activities and set targets.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

Previous Experience and Skills:

  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of video collaboration technologies, including hardware (cameras, microphones, displays) and software (video conferencing applications, collaboration tools)

  • Experience in Sales Engineering and/or technical IT/AV experience or equivalent

  • Demonstrate the ability to leverage technology to develop innovative new solutions that have scaled as the company has transformed into new ways of delivering value to customers

  • Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges and assist your sales counterparts to best position Logitech

  • Familiarity of technology and platforms deployment, emphasizing Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google in an enterprise environment

  • Industry experience, knowledge of our competition, market growth, and value USB devices bring to the conference space

  • Passion about being on a team with the vision to enhance the culture through how we communicate, connect and collaborate

Professional Certifications:

  • Industry Certifications : Certifications from recognized industry bodies or technology vendors in networking, video technologies, or related fields (e.g., AVIXA, CompTIA Network+, Cisco certifications, Microsoft certifications) can significantly enhance a candidate's qualifications

  • Sales and Technical Training : Proven experience in sales methodologies, technical sales, and partner management can be advantageous

Soft Skills

  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences, conduct training, and foster strong relationships with channel partners.

  • Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions in challenging situations.

  • Adaptability : Being flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing technology landscape.

  • Teamwork and Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, fostering a positive and productive working environment.

  • Language : Fluency in Spanish and English is required (English Caribbean region is included in the territory).

  • Availability to travel around Latin America (40% time)

This position offers an annual OTE (on target earnings) typically between. $ 102K and $ 148K depending on location and experience.

In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
