The Accounts Payable Specialist is a critical role for managing high-volume, fast-paced financial operations. The ideal candidate will excel in an independent work environment, exhibit strong process orientation, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. Fully remote! Equipment Provided! Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Review, code, and process vendor invoices for multiple companies using General Ledger knowledge.

• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues with vendor invoices, requiring effective research, communication, and follow-through.

• Account Reconciliation: Manage vendor account and General Ledger reconciliations.

• Vendor Management: Maintain vendor documentation and communications to ensure accurate and timely updates.

• Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company travel policies.

• Policy Administration: Administer and maintain policies related to Concur and American Express.

• Payment Processing: Run weekly processing and distribution of payments.

• Year-End Reporting: Process Year End 1099s and assist with month-end responsibilities, audits, and other projects as needed.
