Sr. Financial Analyst (Hybrid 3 days a week ) join our team in Downers Grove, Illinois. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our strategic goals through financial analysis, reporting, planning, forecasting, and process modeling of key performance indicators. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to our financial and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management

• Design and perform modeling and work on PowerBI create metric-based cost efficiency analysis projects for both operational and staff functions

• Clearly present inputs, assumptions, key performance factors, and basis for recommendations

• Participate in the development of complex financial modeling

• Identify and lead process improvement projects

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Proficiently use financial reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, OneSource

• Present complex information in a meaningful manner

• Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial analysis, modeling and budget to actual analysis

• Strong PowerBI and Excel Modeling experience.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and related software applications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

• Must possess excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, data analysis, and forecasting techniques

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate cross functionally to all levels including senior management both written and verbal

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
