Overview: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the HVAC residential sector and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities: Display effective communication skills, Ability to quickly and effectively learn House Call Pro Software as well as Excel and On Call Air. Ability to maintain detailed note taking, and multi tasking while being self driven showing strong computer skills. Experience in our field is not a requirement but a major plus. Our company is growing rapidly so we are seeking the best candidate for immediate employment.

Dispatcher Qualifications:

· Effective communication and customer service skills

· Positive attitude and strong work ethic

· Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task

· Strong computer skills especially with excel

· Must be able to pass drug screen and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23 - $33/hr depending on experience

Experience:

• Home Service Dispatching: 2 years (Preferred)
• House Call Pro: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Downingtown PA office 30 W Lancaster Ave, Downingtown Pa 19335

Work in person and remote blend

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 25 -- 40 per week
