How you can make a difference

As a Manager Development Manager, you will work as a part of our Leadership Development team. You will be instrumental in optimizing how we use technology in our leadership development experiences, ensuring seamless user experiences and great learning outcomes. In this role, you will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating manager development curricula within a remote corporate setting. Your expertise in instructional design and strong facilitation skills will engage and develop our leaders. You will conduct regular needs assessments, create engaging content, and coach struggling leaders, ensuring continuous growth and development.

What you'll be doing Maximize Learning with Technology: Partner with system administrators to create digital learning experiences that enhance, reinforce, and maintain the development of leadership skills. Optimize processes and reimagine what is possible to foster skill development and confidence in leaders. *  Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of leadership development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective execution of learning initiatives. *  Needs Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify gaps in leadership and management skills, developing targeted learning solutions to address them. *  On-Demand Content Creation: Sometimes a class isn't the answer. Develop online courses, videos, job aides, etc. to help managers build skill and follow processes. * Collaboration:Collaborate with teams and leaders throughout the company, including People Business Partners, department heads, and senior leadership, to ensure you are aligned with them and meeting their leaders' needs. *  Program Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate programs and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes. Partner with the various business partners and key stakeholders to generate reports based on program needs. *  Content Design: Develop engaging programs to enhance skills such as managing performance, time, technical permissions, and processes. *  Facilitation: Lead engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars for managers at all levels, using instructional techniques and formats that produce the best learning outcomes. *  Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into program design What you will need to be successful * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Instructional Design) or equivalent experience. * Proven experience (7+ years) in instructional design, curriculum development, and facilitation, with a focus on manager development. Please be prepared to share several examples of training you have designed from your portfolio. * Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training delivery platforms and learning technology. * Experience with authoring tools from Adobe, Articulate, etc. * Data analysis in Excel, PowerBI, etc. * Video editing experience preferred. * Certification to facilitate a vendor program (e.g., CliftonStrengths) is a plus. * Occasional travel to attend training or meetings may be required. #LI-Remote This is a remote position.

Salary Range

$92000.00 To $142000.00  / year
