What does a Senior Logistics Analyst do at Swire Coca-Cola? As the Senior Logistics Analyst you are tasked to develop and execute both continuous and project-specific analyses to enhance the operational efficiency and profitability of our organization. In this pivotal role, the senior analyst leverages advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, SAP, and others to foster a culture of accountability with increased performance. Ideal candidates will be committed to embodying our Logistics Excellence Principles, which include high performance teams, transparency in performance, robust planning, shared goals, aligned metrics, clear accountabilities, data-drive decisions at the right levels, full technology leverage and ongoing improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities: * Lead cross-functional projects to optimize logistics operations, influencing decision-making across departments through impactful data insights driving the strategic planning and implementation of data analytics projects that directly contribute to business growth and efficiency * Implement and design complex data models and databases tailored to logistics needs with data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility * Develop and refine algorithms and predictive models to forecast trends and optimize logistics processes. * Liaison between IT, Logistics, and executive leadership to ensure data practices align with organizational goals and strategies leveraging new technologies and data solutions through relationships with external vendors * Develop and lead training sessions for other team members to enhance  analytical skills, usage and understanding of data tools, and best practices for data analysis, visualization, and reporting * Regularly present findings and insights to senior management to aid in effective decision-making using dynamic reports and dashboards providing deep insights into the logistics operations while highlighting areas for improvement * Conduct regular audits of data sources and analytic outputs to ensure high standards of quality and reliability are maintained * Review and improve internal data processes and standards to ensure they remain robust against changing business needs and external factors. * Monitor data management practices and analytic outputs to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, develop risk mitigation...
