PLURALSIGHT, LLC SMB Account Executive in DRAPER, Utah

Job Description: An SMB Account Executive Team is responsible for prospect inquiries and also assisting customers through a digital transaction. They also work closely with and provide direction to the extended account team (solution engineers, business development reps and customer success managers), to identify the best 'plan of attack', increase efficiencies, and develop winning tactics and strategies for your accounts.

Duties/responsibilities * Work with the Digital Sales leader to help enhance internal digital sales processes. * Guide new and existing customers through the digital sales motion (web chat, email, etc) by answering questions and helping them understand Pluralsight's value proposition. * Work with Account Executives to ensure accounts are transitioned to the correct segments. * Build relationships with customers, identify and care for customer needs, maintain accuracy in Salesforce, develop processes for meaningful customer experience, and identify companies who visit the website. * Own each moving piece of the digital sales motion; identifying bottlenecks and making recommendations on improvements to drive process improvements, bookings and revenue. * Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead creation to closed won * Weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting of revenue * CRM data accuracy and input throughout the sales cycle * Working closely with the extended partnership team * Be accountable for consistently generating pipeline revenue * A standout teammate that goes above and beyond Minimum qualifications/skills * 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably selling in the (territory) region * Experience managing a pipeline and closing contracts * Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills both with customers and within Pluralsight. * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred What makes our Revenue Team amazing: * A collaborative, not cut-throat sales environment * We build extraordinary salespeople through an emphasis on coaching, personal development, and growth * World-class enablement to support our entrepreneurial AEs - resources and processes that support the sales (versus getting in your way) * Comp packages that recognize performance with obtainable OTEs and realistic quotas * Unlimited PTO * 16+ weeks parental leave (16 weeks + 6 weeks flex time for primary caregiver) * Comprehensive medical coverage for you and your family. * Hybrid work models, blending the best of work-from-home independence and in-office team collaboration

Travel Requirements While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Physical Requirements Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
