Job Description: A Solution Consultant is responsible for helping clients transform their tech workforce by presenting Pluralsight's multi product platform (Skills + Cloud+ Flow) to prospective customers, crafting and delivering demonstrations of the product suite, gathering customer technical requirements, crafting evaluation plans with customers, being responsible for the evaluation process to a successful conclusion and ensuring a smooth handover to the customer success team.

What you'll do: * Evangelize the value which our products deliver to our customers by applying our Value Selling approach in partnership with our customers * Be the expert at positioning and demoing the Pluralsight's products and services and act as a SME for the assigned sales team for all related questions * Conduct customer facing technical sales calls * Develop and deliver targeted and specific product demonstrations to executives and decision makers

Experience you'll bring: * Ability to translate complex topics into simplified concepts * Understanding of general sales methodology and sales processes * Experience in customer facing interactions as it relates to discovery, demonstration, support, and negotiation

Requirements: * Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience; a Bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree without experience. * Sales engineering experience, ideally with a Software as a Service * Ability to influence senior-level customer decision makers * Understanding of SaaS selling structures, measurements, and critical success factors

Travel Requirements:

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.
